Civinity elects Gintautas Mažeika as its new Chairman of the Board

Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, has announced its decision to renew its Board of Directors and elect Gintautas Mažeika, the Managing Partner of a business management firm Mažeika ir partneriai, as its new Chairman. The new Board will aim at expanding its facility management-related product range, implementation of a new customer support program, as well as improvement of the group’s operational efficiency.

Gintautas Mažeika holds over 20 years of executive experience which he gained at various international, as well as Lithuanian public and private companies. As a former chief executive at PZU Lietuva, Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, Alma littera holdingas and other companies, Gintautas has successfully implemented multiple large-scale organizational change projects.

“In Lithuania our ambitions are as big as in Latvia where we already hold leading positions in some facility management segments. However, rapid development also requires firm control over internal processes and continuous improvement of customer support. Gintautas is one of few professionals in Lithuania who has the experience of bringing large-scale change projects to life. Thus we are delighted with the opportunity to combine our efforts at the new step of Civinity‘s development,“ comments Vitoldas Sapožnikas, Civinity’s Chairman of  the Supervisory Board.

Starting the 10th of August, the newly elected Board of Directors includes Deividas Jacka, Civinity‘s Chief Business Development Officer, and its new Chairman Gintautas Mažeika. They join current members of the Board: Rimvydas Ramanauskas, CEO, Giedrius Jakubauskas, CFO, and Remigijus Valentinavičius, Region Manager – Latvia.

“Civinity has a substantial growth potential, both on existing and new markets. Residents, business and public customers have entrusted the group with almost 7 mln. m2 of various buildings. And this number has all it needs for the further growth. But as in any other project it’s important to focus not only on quantity, but quality as well. Our goals are to further expand the group’s product range, improve its operational efficiency, as well as ensure that modern, high customer support standards are implemented across the entire Civinity,” shared the company’s new Chairman of the Board Gintautas Mažeika.

Civinity is one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States. The group includes over 20 commercial and residential management companies, including the recently acquired commercial facility manager Statinių priežiūra and engineering system solutions provider Dizaja. The group’s annual revenues reached 38.8 mln euro in 2017.
