Civinity appoints new CEO, prepares for expansion outside the Baltic States
Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, has announced the appointment of a new CEO – Rimvydas Ramanauskas. The company has also decided to renew its Board of Directors, as well as to form a Supervisory Board.
Rimvydas Ramanauskas joined the international Civinity team in 2017. He holds a long-standing experience in real estate development and management which he gained while working on various executive position at Inservis, Hanner Property and other facility management-related companies.
The new CEO succeeds Vitoldas Sapožnikovas who is to be appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The newly-established body will also include two members: Jurgita Trinskienė, CEO of Palangos butų ūkis, and an independent member Karolis Pocius.
“For the last few years, we have significantly strengthened our positions in Lithuania and Latvia. In the latter, today we are the largest facility manager which supervises both residential and commercial objects. It is time for a new step in our strategic development, both inside and outside the Baltic States. I believe that Rimvydas is the person who will ensure the achievement of the goals,” shares Vitoldas Sapožnikovas, the Chairman of Civinity’s Supervisory Board.

With the appointment of the new CEO, Civinity has also renewed its Board of Directors. From now on, it includes Rimvydas Ramanauskas, Remigijus Valentinavičius, Country Manager for Latvia, as well as Giedrius Jakubauskas, CFO and Chairman of the Board.
