Civinity Group is expanding its business in Lithuania

Civinity Group has acquired residential building management company Fixum operating in Vilnius City, Lithuania. The area of the managed buildings of the acquired company is 50,000 square meters.

The turnover of Fixum in 2016 is planned to exceed EUR 250,000.

'By acquiring another company, we continue implementing our strategic plans in Lithuania, by developing our business on the apartment management market and raising the quality and standards of services provided', Manager for Lithuanian Region of Civinity Group Nerijus Šarauskas said.

"Lithuania's real estate market is on the rise. So are the opportunities for facility managers. We have set ambitious plans for our development in Lithuania, and the latest acquisition is reflecting them," said Deividas Jacka, Chief Business Development Officer at Civinity.
